'I would say, in terms of the leadership training; the two chaps knew exactly what they were doing, were neither too harsh nor too soft, and explained everything very clearly to us all. I was very impressed and certainly gained some confidence from it; as we were all in the same boat for once, with equal expectations upon us.

The facilities on the day were great, and although there were challenges mentally and physically, nothing was so demanding it became a problem. I learned more about aspects of listening and acting in particular ways at work, which will undoubtedly help during situations with colleagues.

The treasure hunt was cleverly thought out and over-all, it was a fun-packed day, from which I will take many happy memories'
