Rob believes in the value of providing training courses firmly based on techniques developed and used successfully by the Armed Forces, purely task orientated, reinforcing ability and developing latent talents, which stimulate, challenge and reward. Rob also believes the best staff to deliver this style of training are ex-military instructors experienced in training and supporting a wide range of individuals, whatever their ability and fitness. This ensures that all delegates leave with increased confidence which provides the vehicle that enhances working relationships internal and external to any organisation, thus maximizing the potential and team effectiveness. Adding value to a team using our cost-effective approach makes good business sense, so let Whitehorse Leadership Training provide that effective approach. We may use military techniques of leadership and teamwork, however we don’t use the military style of delivery, there is no running or shouting and courses are set at the pace of the client. |
